Private Will Services is a legal partnership dedicated to providing will writing and related services on a personal basis to clients in a convenient manner.
 We usually operate a two visit system. The first visit at no charge and no obligation is just to discuss your situation and your requirements and to obtain as much information as possible.
A second visit will be for any agreed documents, to explain them to you and to supervise the signing of them.
 We have Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2million.
 We also have Public Liability Insurance of £5million.
 We are obliged to give you best advice.
 You are under no obligation to take up any product or service.
 We reserve the right to withdraw from any transaction if we are unable to complete any transaction in whole or in part but if we do so, you will not be liable to pay any fees.
We will provide advice free of charge in matters relating to any specific transaction for its lifetime.
