We provide legal support services for private individuals.

We are a law partnership based in the Southampton & Winchester area. Our clients value our personal and private service. We have the highest standards of effectiveness and our reputation is been built on these values.

The traditional way that people have hired lawyers are in ways that place an inconvenience on the client. Therefore we will do our utmost to work around your schedule. We will visit at a time that suits you whether that means an evening or weekend and we always make ourselves available by telephone and email for any small query you have.

Most of the work we undertake is on a fixed fee basis thus removing any worry from the client about what they will be charged.

Our first consultation is free and should be viewed as an exploratory meeting after which there are no obligations to instruct us to carry out any work.

We are a full member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters and comply with its Code of Practice. This is the only Code of Practice for Will Writing that has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading for England & Wales.
